    Previous note:

    • Before submitting a complaint, you must carefully read the Center's Regulations. The Regulation is available on our website where you can download the document. You can also request that it be delivered to you in person at the Arbitration Center. For any clarification regarding its content, please contact our services.

    • The complaint process presented will proceed to the complainant(s) or to other companies or entities that may intervene in it, which means you will need to authorize the transmission of the personal data contained therein.

    Information on the processing of personal data: you may, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation, exercise the rights set out in article 13 thereof, namely: right to information, access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing , portability, opposition, being informed in the event of a security breach.

    HAVE IN CONSIDERATION:

    • Attempting to resolve the dispute through mediation may not suspend the deadlines for taking legal action.

    • The arbitration decision is binding on the parties and has the same value and enforceable force as a sentence from a judicial court.

    • The consumer can be represented by a lawyer or solicitor, and, if they do not have the economic means to do so, they can request legal aid, in accordance with the law that regulates access to law and the courts.
