It is a faster, simpler, friendly and economical form of conflict resolution, but with equal security guarantees and covers <strong>mediation<\/strong>, <strong>conciliation<\/strong> and <strong>arbitration.<\/strong> strong><\/p>\n<p>Arbitration Centers are independent, impartial and specialized entities that seek to help consumers and companies in resolving consumer disputes.<\/p>\n<p>CIMARA is part of the Consumer Arbitration Network (RAC) as a Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center, in accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 of Law no. 144\/2015, of September 8, authorized by Order no. 12783\/2022 of the Deputy Secretary of the Minister of Justice, published in the Official Gazette n\u00ba 213\/2022, Series II of 2022-11-04.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sabiaque\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Did you know\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>In Portugal, the first consumer arbitration center was created in Lisbon, in 1989.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Currently there are more than 60 Centers, with different names, spread across the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"saiba\" href=\"https:\/\/ocimara.pt\/rede-de-centros-de-arbitragem\/\">Find out more about the Arbitration Center Network<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) allows you to resolve disputes out of court with the assistance of an impartial dispute resolution entity.
