This is because, by fully adhering to the Arbitration Center, the company accepts its intervention in any consumer dispute that may arise.<\/p>\n<p>After receiving a complaint from a consumer and having it analyzed by a lawyer from the Center, contact will be made with the other party, with a view to establishing an agreement between them.
